Buy keyboard for Surface Book 3

I got an Surface Book 3 (probably Surface Book 3, product ID: 00330-63036-95274-AAOEM) however unfortunately I spilled hot chocolate over the bottom section (keyboard, mouse, etc.) and its now broken.

Where can I buy a new bottom section for my Surface Book 3, Im located in the Netherlands, and Im a customer and not a company. I was looking for a telephone number and could not find one, so please provide an email adres or telephone number.

    The Surface Book 3 is made to function as a single unit. Replacing just the keyboard itself if not possible. Replacement should be the entire unit. You may reach out to our live support team to check available options for your device. You may reach them by following the instructions below.

    3. Type in the problem you need help with.
    4. Look at any available solutions offered and select Contact Support.
