Can google cast work on surface to project PPT onto my house TV (Which has google cast)?

You can use Miracast if your TV is Miracast compatible (or you can buy a Miracast adapter that plugs into an available HDMI port on your TV) to send Power Point to your TV. https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/adapters/wireless-display-adapter-2/p3q-00001 is the one that Microsoft sells.
