Although your description of the problem here is very brief, I assume that the problem you are trying to express is that currently your designer Bluetooth keyboard does not light up even after the battery is replaced, and it is completely unusable?

- Use your personal Microsoft account (not your organization account) to access the following links:
- Type Microsoft Designer Compact Keyboard, press Enter, and click "Contact Support" at the bottom:
- Select the option based on the screenshot below and click Confirm:
- You will see contact options for Chat support and Phone support, please contact them during working hours to suggest contact:
Send your device to the Accessories support team. They have the technology and equipment to inspect and service your Microsoft Designer Compact Keyboard.
