Surface laptop 3 comparability with razer thunderbolt 4 dock.

Does anyone have information on whether or not the surface laptop 3 is compatible with the razer thunderbolt 4 dock? I can’t seem to get it to run 2 monitors at the same time. It’ll switch between the two depending on the order they get plugged into the dock.

    There is no Thunderbolt support in Surface Laptop 3 so it is not compatible.

    Thanks for the quick response. Now this may be a silly question as a result of my lack of knowledge on the matter but….since thunderbolt 4 supports all previous versions of usb-c connections would I be able to get around the issue but running a usc-c 3 2nd gen cable from the dock to the surface?
