Hi Microsoft Community!

I am currently in the process of doing an advance exchange with Microsoft for my surface pro 7. After a lot of trouble shooting to get the front camera to work, I had to resort to the replacement option since the issue has persisted. I need my computer for online school therefore, with the advanced exchange option I get to keep my computer until I receive the replacement device.

My question to the community would be:

If you have received a replacement device from Microsoft before, is the device new and unused? Has the replacement device given you any further problems?
