Hello Jason_LIM_PS,
Thanks for posting your concern here.
In this case, we suggest to follow these methods to isolate the issue:
- Force a shut down and restart your Surface. It resets the hardware and clears all the cache and memory for your hardware.
- Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and check for Windows Update. It would be much better if you update it to Windows 10 version 21H1.
- Run System File Checker in Windows 10.
In any event, the issue persists, then we may need to perform a Fresh Start on your device. It lets you perform a clean reinstallation and update of Windows while keeping your personal data and most Windows settings intact. Fresh Start will remove most of your apps, including Microsoft Office, third-party anti-virus software, and desktop apps that came pre-installed on your device. You will not be able to recover removed apps, and will need to manually reinstall these apps later.
To use Fresh Start, select Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Security > Device performance & health. Under Fresh Start, select Additional info > Get Started.
Hope this helps. Feel free to reply on this thread to keep us posted.
