    Hi,
    If you do the following:

    1. Open start menu, type 'cmd' then click on the black box symbol that comes up.
    2. Once the black box has open, type in the following then press return:

    IPCONFIG /ALL

This will list all network adapters network details. The MAC address is listed as the Physical Address. You will have multiple on those details as each network adaoter has its own address. Just choose the one for the Wireless. Any issues, please ask

    Hi,

you can either press the Windows symbol on the bottom left of Windows or press the Windows Key if your keyboard has it. It's the menu with all the shortcuts to various applications on it.

Any issues, please let us know.

    Thanks

Press Windows Key + R and then type in

    cmd

    and press enter

Next, type into the command window

    ipconfig /all

looks for the physical address of the active connection, it should be near the top of the output, so scroll up. the entry you want will show IP addresses and a "lease" time, etc.
