Hi, I'm interested in buying the Surface 3 LTE version but I want to know if I can use a regular gsm sim card to make and receive calls on the device. In essence, I want to know if it provides a dialler interface just like a regular smart phone does.
For example, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet and I can make regular GSM calls using the phone dialler on the tablet (see image below), so I want to know if the Surface 3 LTE can do this. Thanks.

The Surface is more of a computer than yaw Samsung tablet. There is no can option. GSM network has also been shut down so a GSM sim is not recommended.
