You can't remove it, you can't open the SP7 and remove/replace anything, and besides, WiFi is part of an integrated chipset. It sounds like you should investigate group policy to limit WiFi usage. Surface for Business/Education can help with this Contact Surface Support - Surface | Microsoft Docs -
