- Make sure your Surface device is up to date with the latest Windows updates. Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates > Install > Restart device.
- Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit - Microsoft Apps.
- Unpair and re-pair your Surface Pen with your device. To do this, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth > Surface Pen.
