Surface turns on but shows a red bar and an unlocked lock icon , I tried the solution which was written on the Microsoft website but it did not solve, what should I do now ?

    Hi Mahkameh,

    If after following the steps at Surface turns on but shows a red bar and an unlocked lock icon - Microsoft Support you are still unable to start your device, you can get it serviced.
