I installed Magisk to the unused Slot after installing OTA update but before rebooting, and when I reboot it , it got into a bootloop.I'm unable to enter Recovery Mode or use fastboot flash boot/fastboot boot to boot/flash anything.

So I cannot recover my Duo with the offered method, what can I do to fix it?Or can I get guides&files for 9008?

Sadly MSFT doesn't share the EDL image for the surface duo to public. Any MSFT staff has the access to the file. And it's only available internally I think.

if you accidentally break the boot.img and relock the phone. I think you are out of luck until the EDL image is out.
