surface go 2 battery suspended

Good Day, I'm facing an issue with my surface go2, the system is shutting down the moment is unplugged form power although it's been purchased since less than two years and impossible the battery is damaged that fast.

after running battery report i have found that the battery is suspended, could you please explain what's the problem and how can be resolved?
