    Hi SorayaConde,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. We appreciate for sharing your concern to us. Let me ask few questions to help us further isolate the issue.

Which Surface pro device do you have, the Intel or 5G (SQ3) Arm device?

What error message did you get when trying to install the app?

What build version of Windows 11 are you on?

Are you referring to Microsoft Journal app and Good Notes app for Windows?

For the meantime, you may run the step below.

    Check Windows Updates

Go to Settings >> Windows updates >> Check for updates. Also check optional updates if available and install them.

Most common issues can be solved by running the Surface Diagnostic Tool. ****

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

    Lavenia

    Hi

Which Surface pro device do you have? the Intel

What error message did you get when trying to install the app? P6PJPKBItekaNbUTd.34.1

What build version of Windows 11 are you on? 22h2

Are you referring to Microsoft Journal app and Good Notes app for Windows? yes both, when I go to journal it says it needs an update as well as with the clock app. I tried deleting and re-download it with the Microsoft store app but it doesn't let me download any apps.

I've contacted the costumer support but to no avail, I also tried getting a new one but the same problems persist.

I tried the Surface Diagnostic tool but apparently it needs to install and I can't do that because of the issue with the MS app.

For the meantime, you may run the step below.

    Check Windows Updates

Go to Settings >> Windows updates >> Check for updates. Also check optional updates if available and install them.

Most common issues can be solved by running the Surface Diagnostic Tool.

Are you getting an error when trying to install an app through MS store app? Or the install button is greyed out? You can share us a screenshot of the error. Please remove any personal information from your screenshot.

You may try to Update Microsoft Store.

Select Start, then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select LibraryGet updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.

    Reset Microsoft store from settings.

Open Settings >> click on the Apps tab >> in the right pane, click on Apps & Features >> locate Microsoft Store app then click the three dotes menu next to Microsoft store and select Advance options. Scroll down and click on Reset.

    Clear Windows Store Cache.

Open Command prompt and run as administrator >> in command prompt window, type WSReset.exe and hit enter to execute. Upon execution, a blank window linked to the Microsoft Store will appear. Wait until the tool has finished clearing cache; it can take some time.

Hello, thank you for leading me through the process. At the moment MS store app says I hace all apps up to date. I did the reset but nothing changed.

When I try to download an app it shows me the option to download (its not greyed out) but it after about 20 seconds of buffering it shows me a code that changes.

The most resent one is NHO5KZtDnU++p9+G.53.1

I consulted with and external technician and he told me it could be the time zone as it is not the same as the one that appears on Google. I live in Puerto Rico.

That could be possible due to the time zone SorayaConde.

Are you getting this error NHO5KZtDnU++p9+G.53.1 regardless of what application you'll download in Microsoft Store app?

Can you run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and let me know if there is an error.

Open Settings >> System - Troubleshoot >> Other troubleshooter >> look for Windows Store app and run the troubleshooter.
