    This is not an issue with Surface.  I have the app, it appears that it does do split with it taking 3/4 of the screen... shrinking it more will not work.  That is a limitation of the app.

    Greetings Jojo,

    Sorry to hear about your experience. Are you able to get other apps to split screen on your Surface?

    When you do the split, are you pulling down from the top until the window shrinks, then pulling it off to the side?
