Why my MicroSD card doesn’t fit in?

Why my MicroSD card doesn’t fit in the a lot of my Surface Pro 7? I have the SanDisk Ultra Plus A1 of 256GB but it doesn’t fit the slot?? Is this a problem of my surface or my MicroSD?

    Hi Hector Strongville,

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry. 

    Please make sure to check the gold plated area of your SD card, if it's facing down when installing it on the device. Push the SD card with little force until you hear a clicking sound. 

    If the issue persists, try a different MicroSD card.
