Every time I dock my surface laptop 5 my printer prints a windows IPP page

When I dock the surface laptop 5 my printer prints a page that says:

POST /ipp/print /HTTP/1.1

Connection: Keep-Alive

Content-Type: application/ipp

User-Agent: Windows Internet Print Provider

Content-Length: 626

Host: localhost

It is a HP LaserJet E50045. I have uninstalled the device and drivers. Reinstalled and the printer prints normally but every time the laptop gets docked one of those pages prints. Also when I restart the print spooler service one of those pages prints. I ran a sfc /scannow and installed all available windows updates.
