My Surface Book has what appears to be a smudge or smear of some sort on the left edge of the screen. It does not appear immediately upon start up but develops after several minutes. If I take my finger and rub it vigorously the smudge will disappear momentarily and then begin to reappear. Any ideas what is going on here.
