Australia charge via Microsoft Singapore means international transaction fee by bank
I've ordered a Surface Pro keyboard with fingerpint from microsoft.com.au in Australia. However, the invoice comes from Singapore and the bank charge me intenational transaction fee. The bank said if Microsoft settle the bill in Singapore, even if it's AUD, an international transaction fee is required.
Wonder why Microsoft Australia outsource the billing to Singapore means I have to pay extra. If this is really the case, I would not buy anything from Microsoft online store.
Is anyone experience the same problem?

2016-03-29T01:36:07+00:00 I've called Microsoft billing support and they basically said the charge is from the bank (not from Microsoft) and therefore can't do anything. Kind of saying... not my problem. If you don't like it, don't buy from me any more. Just wonder why Microsoft behalf this way.

2016-03-31T12:40:21+00:00 The bank I used send a letter to me about the enquiry suggesting all online store should disclose this in the terms and conditions and obtain customer's consent at check out. I don't recall the Microsoft checkout asked for my consent. I'm wondering if it has been explained in their T&Cs?
