Want to add an external touchscreen to Surface Pro, on which I can use my Surface Pen as well

I want to connect  an external touchscreen to my Surface Pro 7, and be able to use my Microsoft Surface Pen on both the Surface's screen and the external touchscreen.  How do I do this?  Is there a specific external touchscreen I can buy that will allow me to do this?  How do I configure it?

I want to attach an external touchscreen that is around 20" to 22" inches, so I can use it to mark up large engineering drawings using my Microsoft Surface Pen.

Any product suggestions would be greatly appreciated.   Preferably something this is proven and demonstrated to work.

    Hi, GrahamNasby!

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry.

The touch feature for the Surface Pen to write on will be working on the host device only. I am afraid to inform you that the external  monitor will only act as a second screen.

    Kind regards,
