Keyboard magnet no longer attached to Surface RT?

Hello, everyone!

First of all, I'm a huge fan of the Surface RT's software. It's been my laptop replacement since March 2013 and it's worked wonderfully. However, since I bought my tablet in the first place, I've already had to get it replaced twice -- the first one was replaced in January because of a faulty USB port, and the second was replaced in February for having screen problems (the screen had large green streaks in it whenever videos were played).

I pulled the keyboard off my tablet this morning and the magnet strip inside the Surface came out on the left side. I've had this tablet for four months and I've pulled the keyboard out numerous times with no issue. However, only 1/3 of the magnet strip came out -- the rest is still intact inside the tablet.

I'm getting really annoyed with all of the issues I've experienced with this tablet and I really don't want to replace it again.

Thanks in advance,

Rachael
