Hi Support,

I searched the MS site and found this entry: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/forum/all/stains-on-precision-mouse/62ff218b-3c83-4bf1-adfa-3f28bcbf3a58

I was suffering with the same issue and MS Support exchanged the mouse, which was great! problem is already happening again with the new mouse!

Not a happy customer. What can be done to rectify this? I work at home in a clean environment so it seems to be the soft touch coating is reacting to my skin...

help please.
