You may try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
- Restart
- Forced Shutdown. Press and hold the volume-up button and the power button at the same time for at least 15 seconds and then release both.
- Boot to UEFI and see if the issue is present.
Go to Settings>Updates & Security> Recovery>Under Advanced startup> Select Restart now> Under Choose an option> Select troubleshoot> Click Advanced options> UEFI Firmware Settings> Restart
You should be prompted to UEFI screen after doing the 3rd step. If the lines are not present, you may need to use a USB Recovery Drive to fix the issue. You can refer to this link on how to create and use a USB recovery drive.

If the lines are present when booting to UEFI screen, it could be hardware related issue and I would suggest visiting the store near you.
