When a static image on the screen are white stripes

    Hi Александр Едзиев,

Thank you for raising your concern here in Microsoft Community.

You may try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:

    1. Restart
    2. Forced Shutdown. Press and hold the volume-up button and the power button at the same time for at least 15 seconds and then release both.
    3. Boot to UEFI and see if the issue is present.

    Go to Settings>Updates & Security> Recovery>Under Advanced startup> Select Restart now> Under Choose an option> Select troubleshoot> Click Advanced options> UEFI Firmware Settings> Restart

You should be prompted to UEFI screen after doing the 3rd step. If the lines are not present, you may need to use a USB Recovery Drive to fix the issue. You can refer to this link on how to create and use a USB recovery drive.

If the lines are present when booting to UEFI screen, it could be hardware related issue and I would suggest visiting the store near you.
