Help! Wifi surface laptop 3 error I am using surface laptop 3, using intel core i5-1035G7 chip. My laptop is off wifi, currently I am using Intel(R) Wifi 6 AX201 160MHZ. When I open the devide manager, the wifi driver has a yellow exclamation mark icon. I have updated the driver to version 2021, Reinstalled Windows but still not working. Hope you guys help me. thanks

When you open properties in device manager for this adapter, what is the actual error code?

Try booting to the UEFI and disabling the WiFi, wait 30 seconds, then enable it again and restart. Any change?

1. Shut down your Surface.
2. Press and hold the volume-up button on your Surface and at the same time, press and release the power button.
3. When you see the Surface logo, release the volume-up button.
   The UEFI menu will display within a few seconds.

My wifi device manager window shows error code 10. I have done everything like re-run windows, reinstall Wifi driver but still have the error.

If you have booted to the UEFI and disabled/enabled as per my instructions below, this is a hardware issue and you need an exchange. To start an exchange online, see Check your Microsoft warranty and create service orders
