How do you cancel a repair order?

I thought the issue with my computer was the charger, so I submitted a repair order to get a new charger, but now I realize it's the device and I can't submit a new repair on my laptop while the other repair is active. How can I cancel the first repair order and submit a new one? Note I am under warranty. Thank you!

This should be handled by our live support so that we could assist you in cancelling the current order under the device and create a new order which would be for the device itself. Please reach out to our live support for further assistance. you may reach them through these steps below:

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support
    2. Choose how you would like to get support for your Surface device.
    3. Type in the problem you need help with.
    4. Look at any available solutions offered and select Contact Support.

    Kind regards,
    Marrion
