how do you email an article from web page to someone in email

I can't forward an article from a web page to an email I go on search and it spins like its sending than pops up can't send?

    Hi Dorothy,

    There are two ways to send a webpage to someone. The most common and the most followed is to copy and paste the webpage link in the email. The second is to send the entire web page body via email.

    However, we need additional information to provide you with accurate resolution. 

    1. What were the steps when you were trying to forward the article?
    2. Were you using a web mail or client mail (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc) to send the email?
