    Hello Tracey Mazarak,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Can you clarify here what error messages you see on your current screen after you reset the Surface?

Because we need to confirm what is preventing you from trying to log in.

You can take a screenshot of the error message displayed on the screen and send it to us for confirmation.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Tracey Mazaraki,

If you would like to share more information.

Are you on the login page? Or is it OOBE?

Normally, if you reset your Surface back to factory Settings, you'll need to go through the OOBE process all over again. In this process, you can press Ctrl+Shift+F3 to skip the OOBE phase and go directly to the system.

However, if you are only blocked from logging into your account, the problem may be related to the network environment your device is on, and you may need to switch to another network environment.

It would be great if you could share a screenshot of the problem here.

    Best Regards,
