In the Control Panel under "System" there used to be a virtual memory control for which you can explore to see if it is still there. Personally, I am using the Insider's build and current build basically got rid the Control Panel to explore this feature but may still be in Windows since it was a feature since back in Windows 95 days (maybe, even Windows 3.1).
I do not remember if you can re-designate the location of the virtual memory cache but you can explore that area to see if you can.
A word of caution: if you change the virtual memory settings, you will notice a big drop in performance, so, be ready for that (usually a big difference).
