    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community.

    To dismiss the Lock screen on your Surface, just swipe the screen from bottom to top or just press Enter on the keyboard. If you had set a password or PIN on the device, you will then be prompted for a screen to enter the PIN or Password to sign-in. If no password or PIN was set, it should immediately take you to your Desktop screen.
