Blurred graphics in top right corner on Microsoft apps

Hello,

I bought my Surface Pro this year and from day 1 it has has blurred/bad graphics in the top right corner of Microsoft apps such as File Explorer and Word.

I have included a screenshot of the bad graphics.

I am disappointed that my Surface Pro has been like this since it came out the box, I would expect it to be in perfect working condition when brand new. How do I fix this?

    This has nothing to do with your Surface. Open Word, File menu, Account. Change the Office Background from Clouds to No background.

    Hi Barb,

    WOW thank you! This has bugged me for so long. Was easy to change.

    I can't believe Microsoft set the "clouds" option as default it looks like a horrible glitch.
