I bought surface pro 9 i7 1TB 32GB Ram windows 11 Pro come in brown paper packaging other than a branded box. Is this normal or it could be I received a refurbished unit?

The more simple packaging is used for devices that are sold to business \ corporate customers. Other than the packaging, it is the same device, although it does come with Pro edition vs Home edition.
