Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum. As I understand, when you delete junk mails, they are placed in the "Recover items deleted from this folder" section before being permanently deleted.
However, if you don't want them placed in this folder but want them to appear directly in "Deleted Items," please follow the instructions below: Instead of clicking the delete icon, drag and drop the email from your Junk Mail folder into the "Deleted Items" folder. At this point, you can perform a final review before they are permanently removed.
If the issue persists, are you using New Outlook, Classic Outlook or Outlook Web App to do this?
