How do I fix ntoskrnl 500450 BSOD?

Hi! So… out of the blue this issue just suddenly happened, not after any installations or updates.

Usually happens in the first 5-10mintues of my pc’s reboot, it crashes, everything freezes, audio freezes too. Then it starts to restart like nothing happened, after the BSOD (Clock_Watchdog_timeout) which is a quick 3-5seconds. And then the cycle repeats. I noticed this is more prevalent during app startups or stress tests.

Im not sure if my own diagnosis was right but I had figured it might be my cpu, since i bought it 2 months prior. I used HWMonitor and Prime95, after monitoring it for awhile as it hovers from 75-81 degrees it crashes. And then I did it again and it crashes at 91 degrees. This made me think it might be my cooling system? Perhaps Thermal paste?Unfortunately that’s all I know to my knowledge.
