Hi, It may launch the game but, very limited to have a good and smooth quality gameplay due to the Graphics card recommendation.

GPU is significantly weaker than GTX 1060 (This is the minimum requirement of the game). Snapdragon’s graphics capability is 20-30% slower than the minimum requirement.

You can freely install it but do not expect it would run smooth since the game is designed to be played on a laptop/desktop.
