Hi, I'm wondering if anyone know a way of getting these specific commands (to display exactly like that) in the New Message ribbon in Outlook? The example below is from MS Word, but I can't find the same commands to add to a new Tab in Outlook. Any suggestion would be awesome, thanks.WordRibbon

    Hi Dan@PWS

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum

I understand you're trying to add "Indent" and "Spacing" commands to the Ribbon in Outlook, similar to how it's done in Word. Unfortunately, Outlook doesn't support these formatting options in the same way Word does.

If you need advanced formatting like paragraph indentation or line spacing, I’d recommend composing your email in Word first and then copying it into Outlook. Alternatively, Outlook does offer some built-in formatting tools and you might try expanding the formatting toolbar to see if the available options meet your needs.

In both the new Outlook and classic Outlook, you can try switching from the simplified Ribbon to the classic Ribbon view. This may reveal additional formatting options. Please refer to the two images below for guidance on how to switch Ribbon views.
