i am not able to see my certification exam details in credential option

Hi Team,

I attended the exam on 29th June, but due to an ID issue, they revoked my exam and asked for it to be rescheduled. After that, I am unable to view my certification details in the MS Learn certification option.

Could you please let me know the reason and when ill be able to see the details for rescheduling the exam?
