Such tools usually work via an Entra ID integrated app, so your best course is to block said app. Go to the Entra ID portal > Applications > Enterprise applications and search for the app. You might have to adjust the filters on top for all entries to appear. Once you find the corresponding application, click on it, go to Properties and toggle the Enabled for users to sign-in? control. Alternatively, if you want to make it available to select users only, toggle the Assignment required? control and assign users under Users and Groups.

If you need more details, refer to this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/disable-user-sign-in-portal?pivots=portal

Hi Joyanta Kumer Sarker | Software Engineer
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you're looking to restrict the Otter.ai app so that it can only be used by specific users in Microsoft Teams. You can achieve this by configuring app availability in the Teams Admin Center. Here's how:

    1. Go to Teams Admin Center
    2. Navigate to Teams apps > Manage apps
    3. Search for and select the Otter.ai app  undefined
    4. Under Users and groups, change the setting to Specific users and groups
    5. Search for and assign the users or groups you want to allow access  undefined
    6. Click Apply to save the changes

Please note that, according to the Microsoft documentation App centric management to manage user access to Teams apps - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn

    undefined

So you may need to wait a bit for the changes to fully take effect.

Hope this helps.  Feel free to ask if you have any further questions!
