Hi,

I would like to renew my AZ-400 certificate, but I noticed that my current certificate expired on 27-JUNE-2025. Can you please consider providing me the certificate renewal option?

Thanks

mohan

    Hi @mohans-5368 ,

as far as I know there is no option to renew an expired certification. If the certification is already expired you need to go for the full exam again.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:

Microsoft Training Support Forum - Microsoft Credentials

    Microsoft Certification - Certifications Renewal

    Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance

It's possible to ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

or "Ask a new question >" and Learn/Cert Moderators will help you.

    Pearson VUE Support:

    Pearson VUE - Customer Service

    Hi Andreas,

    Thanks for your response.
While I tried to ask a question at https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum, Forum dropdown is not getting populated with any values as shown in below screenshot.
therefore, unable to raise a request.

Can you please help me with it?
