- As you mentioned, the device has been attacked and cannot be accessed. Is the device in blue screen mode and asking for the recovery key?
- Was BitLocker added after the attacking issue happened or before it?
- What is the method you use to save BitLocker? Please specify (such as saved in Microsoft Entra ID, for Microsoft Entra joined, or saved in a text file located on your computer).
