Why is AI-102 exam status not reflecting in Microsoft Learning Portal>Credentials>Past Exams?

I was unable to clear the AI-102 exam last week. While the exam scorecard appeared immediately on the Pearson site after the exam, the status is still not visible under "Past Exams" in the Microsoft Learning Portal.

Could you please help me understand why this discrepancy exists? Typically, the exam status is updated promptly, but it has been over a week without any update.

I would appreciate any insights on the expected timeline for the exam status to reflect in the Microsoft Learning Portal.
