I can't recover email addresses due to losing access to authenticator 2fa after phone failures. What can I do to recover emails?

Hi there, I have lost access to a few outlook email accounts due to phone failure, resulting in a loss of access to 2fa. I have gone through a support agent who has directed me to ask it here, since they have no power to change anything, and have said the account recovery form will fail. This has affected multiple emails, including work emails, which claims the password is wrong despite being used for every work shift. Is there a way to reset the 2fa authentication for specific accounts or go through the account recovery form to be able to access my accounts? Everything is tied to the main Hotmail email like rent, work emails, banking, insurance etc. and losing access has put a lot of stress on.
