Verified Founders Hub Account – No Azure Credits or Support

Hi there,

I’m reaching out as the founder of myBexX, a startup that was successfully verified in Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub in late June (under ******@mybexx.com). However, we still haven’t received Azure credits or access to any of the Founders Hub program benefits.

This is actually our second submission—our first application was lost during the transition to LinkedIn authentication earlier this year. We re-applied, were approved, and submitted a support request on June 28, but have not received any response or confirmation. The “support” form simply says an email was sent, but no ticket ID or follow-up has appeared.

As of now:

Our Azure bill has reached $220+, and we’re still in pre-revenue

We’ve tried: in-portal support, different browsers, email to foundershub@ (now retired), and even escalation attempts through LinkedIn

The situation is creating a real burden as we prepare for launch on a fully Azure-based stack

We’re excited to build on Microsoft and want to continue doing so. But we need urgent support to activate the resources the Founders Hub promised.

Any help or direction would be incredibly appreciated.

Best regards, Becky Founder, myBexX ******@mybexx.com

    Hi Bexx,

big thanks for posting here with all the details. u definitely should’ve had those azure credits by now, especially after dealing with the whole reapplication mess...

since u already tried the in-portal support and email, here’s the next move. head to the microsoft for startups founders hub and look for the 'help' or 'contact us' option, sometimes it’s tucked under a tiny question mark icon )). if that doesn’t work, shoot a message to the microsoft for startups linkedin page. they usually reply faster there.

check if u missed any steps, like a sneaky confirmation email hiding in spam, just in case.

general tips this might help in other tools too always check spam for critical emails. and if u know other founders who got their credits, ask how they did it. worth a shot!

since u’re pre-revenue, maybe glance at aws free tier or google cloud free program as a temp backup. not saying bail on azure, but hey, options are good while u wait.

hope this helps! microsoft’s startup program rocks, but yeah, sometimes things glitch. really hope u get those credits soon )) keep us updated!

p.s. if u’re still stuck, try tweeting @azuresupport.

    rgds,

    Alex
