If you are unable to edit any existing or newly created Logic Apps
-Check Azure Service Health here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/get-started/azure-portal/service-health/
-Logic Apps outages here https://statusgator.com/services/azure/logic-apps
-Verify permissions — ensure you have Contributor or Logic App Contributor access to the resource group.
-Identify app type — Standard Logic Apps behave differently from Consumption ones.
-Look for resource locks or policies that might prevent editing.
-Try a different browser or incognito mode to rule out UI glitches.
If all else fails, raising a support ticket with Microsoft may be necessary in case it’s a broader platform issue here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/
