How to download additional documents for AIV Appeal

I am verifying my account and in AIV Appeal. They have asked to download additional documents and I don't see a way to download?

    I understand how crucial it is for your account to be fully verified, especially since Microsoft Advertising requires each advertiser to complete identity verification (AIV). This process ensures that ads come from trusted sources, enhancing the overall customer experience.

    Could you please clarify whether the system prompt instructed you to download additional documents, rather than upload them, in order to proceed with your appeal for AIV?

    As a reminder, you have up to three attempts to successfully complete the identity verification. If your application is unsuccessful, you may either resubmit after reviewing and addressing the reasons for the failure or file an appeal if you believe the decision was incorrect.

    To submit an AIV appeal, please follow these steps:

    1. From the navigation menu on the left, hover over Settings and select Account verifications. Note: If you have multiple accounts, choose one from the account dropdown menu on the top left.
    2. If you have tried AIV and failed, you should see a blue popup with an appeal request form link under the Advertiser identity verification (AIV) status section.
    3. Select the link and fill out the form to submit an AIV appeal.
