unable to access email with user name and password.

This is NOT a business account but a personal account. Unable to use email/password. I have reset the password multiple times, keeps asking for MFA which will not allow me to set it up either. I have tried multiple different methods.

    Since your account appears to be associated with a personal Microsoft account, and our support services are limited to business accounts, we're unfortunately unable to assist directly in this case. That said, you're not alone, and help is definitely available. 

    You can either choose to create a new personal Microsoft account and use it to sign in at Microsoft’s personal account support portal, where you'll find tailored tools and support channels for account recovery at Contact - Microsoft Support  

    Alternatively, you can connect with Microsoft’s live phone support for personal accounts by visiting: Get Help for Microsoft personal account users - Microsoft Support
