    Hi Dnyaneshwar Deore

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience.

This touches on a common point of confusion between Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams guest access.

Adding external users to Azure DevOps does not automatically grant them access to Microsoft Teams, even if both services are under the same Microsoft 365 tenant. This is a common point of confusion, as Teams and Azure DevOps manage guest access independently. Based on my testing and research, here are suggestions that may help:

Verify Guest Access in Microsoft Teams Admin Center: Go to admin.teams.microsoft.com > Teams policies > Global (Org-wide default) > Ensure that guest access is turned OnUser's image

Check Microsoft Entra External Collaboration Settings: Visit Entra ID > External Identities > External collaboration settings > Confirm that guests are allowed to access Microsoft 365 servicesUser's imageUser's image

Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) B2B Settings: Go to Entra ID > Users > New user > Invite external user

Even if users are added to Azure DevOps, ensure the guest appears in All users and has accepted the invitation

User's image Manually Add Guests to Microsoft Teams: Go to the appropriate team > Manage team > Members > Add member > Enter the guest’s full email address

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you need any more clarification, please don’t hesitate to ask, I’m here to assist however I can.
