    Dear Team,

Setting an Alarm on Windows 10 Enterprise is Straightforward

To set an alarm on a Windows 10 Enterprise machine within a business network, you can use the built-in "Alarms & Clock" application. The process is identical to setting an alarm on any other edition of Windows 10.

    Here are the steps:

Open the Alarms & Clock App: Click the Start Menu and type "Alarms & Clock." Select the app from the search results.

Create a New Alarm: In the "Alarm" tab, click the "+" (plus) sign in the bottom-right corner to add a new alarm.

    Set the Time and Options:

Use the hour and minute selectors to set your desired alarm time.

Give your alarm a name to remember its purpose.

Choose the repetition schedule (e.g., once, or specific days of the week).

Select a sound for your alarm.

               Determine the snooze time.

__Save the Alarm:__ Click the save icon (a floppy disk symbol) at the bottom right.

    Important Consideration for Business Networks:

While setting an alarm is a standard feature, corporate network policies (Group Policies) can sometimes restrict certain applications or functionalities. However, it is uncommon for a company to disable the native "Alarms & Clock" app. If you find that you are unable to access the app or that alarms are not functioning as expected, it is possible that your organization's IT policy has imposed limitations. In such a scenario, you would need to contact your IT department for further assistance.

For the alarm to sound, your computer must be awake. If your computer is asleep or powered off, the alarm will not go off. To ensure the alarm works, you can adjust your power and sleep settings to prevent the computer from going to sleep automatically. To do this, go to Settings > System > Power & sleep and set the "Sleep" option to "Never," especially when the device is plugged in.
