Unable to sign in - Unexpected 2FA Issue

Hello,
I am currently locked out of my primary Microsoft account because of an unexpected two-factor authentication (2FA) requirement. To my knowledge, I did not activate or set up 2FA on this account.
The issue arise when I did the take over of my organization so I am the global mirosoft admin and can not logged in.
