
Try removing all shapes (images, drawing objects) from the workbook. If that helps, remove them from each worksheet in turn until you find the one that has the offending shapes.

The excel workbook I am opening gives the following repair records. Everytime it gives new repair records. Even if I save repaired file it gives another warning.
