How can I restore deleted photos from the Recycle Bin when the restore option doesn’t work?

I accidentally deleted important photos that are currently in the Recycle Bin. However, when I try to restore them, the restore function fails and the photos do not return to their original folders.

I am using Windows 11 on my laptop.

I have checked the Recycle Bin, and the photos are still listed there.

I have not emptied the Recycle Bin yet.

I need help on what steps I can take to successfully restore these photos or recover them if restore is not possible.

Any suggestions on tools or built-in methods would be appreciated.

Thank you!

    What build of Windows 11?

I just tested the Delete and Restore option and it worked perfectly fine.

It Restored the photo exactly where I had deleted it from.
